You’ll continue to receive ongoing 1:1 coaching support, educational resources, and tools that empower you to maintain a sustainable plan that is realistic for your lifestyle. We will work together to find balance for you as a whole person...mind, body and soul!!

3 MONTHS OF PERSONAL 1:1 HEALTH AND WEIGHT LOSS COACHING
Meal plans, recipes, calorie and macro direction, lifestyle support.
WEEKLY WELLNESS CALLS
Ongoing weekly check-in calls , adjust strategy, and hold space for progress.
MIDPOINT PROGRESS REPORT
We reassess at the 6-week mark to measure your progress and recalibrate your habits or plan if needed.
